As KOSSDA’s principal decision making body, the Executive Committee oversees KOSSDA’s main policy direction, consortium affiliation requirements, as well as cooperative relations with other institutions. Members of the Executive Committee are elected by the official representatives of KOSSDA consortium institutions. Committee meetings are held biannually in May and November of each year, a pro tempore meeting may be summoned at the request of the Committee Chair or a majority of the committee members.
